$EGOH NEWS! Eagle Oil Holding Company Inc. (EGOH:OTC) Acquires The Now Corporation (NWPN:OTC)

RENO, Nev. - Aug. 14, 2018 - PRLog -- Ken Williams, CEO Reports:

Eagle Oil Holding Company Inc. is pleased to announce that it will acquire controlling interest in The Now Corporation (NWPN:OTC). Eagle Oil will subsequently transfer approximately $10,000,000 of its holdings to The Now Corporation. As consideration, Eagle Oil will receive a $10 million convertible note that shall carry interest at 8% and convertible at a 50% discount to market. Details of the assets being transferred will be made in a future press release expected this month.

Ken Williams will become the CEO of The Now Corporation. Ken Williams states "This transaction will allow both companies to move forward and should see the value of these holdings better reflected in the market".
