Stocks... with a legitimate... business plan... yes... will use shares to advance... the business plan... so the business can make profits for it's investors... that is how it works... but when a company... says it has a business plan... and lies about that plan... and then sells shares to... innocent... unsuspecting... investors... just to steal... their money... and using the money... to pay for their lifestyle... as opposed to advancing a solid... and truthful... business plan (because they lied about the business plan which actually doesn't exist)... then that is FRAUD...!!!
