I was out of town for the weekend and didn’t get a chance to look further into the scam, but the company itself shows its first filing with state of NY SOS on 6/4/18, so it sounds right. Only a couple of months old, same as “Proof Computing”. There’s no footprint or public presence for a company that’s supposedly generating multi-millions. Only record for that is a Delaware LLC formed mid May and organized as a foreign LLC in Vermont 2 weeks later. IF that’s in fact the company.
Most importantly, where’s the 8-k for this contract?

This is following along the same theme used multiple times in the past where he throws crap together, calls it a subsidiary and tries to sell it as a goldmine. Most of these scams are allegedly cooked up with shady people he knows.
Norbert comes to mind — he was supposed to generate millions for VGR Media, but allegedly ended up walking off with ~$500k and one of Dror’s Lambo’s LMAO...G should remember this... there was a big scene on the other board when this came to light...can’t make this sh!t up!!
