Someone screwed up or is being deceitful.

And knowing the history of this CEO that would be so typical of him. And of couurse at the same day 8-8-2018 the TA gets a gag order. Just what is the CEO trying to hide?

Remember that when someone tries to convince you to buy or sell there is something in it for them. It's not because they are concerned about your investment.
