This CEO did an awful job at protecting this company, it’s investors and workers. Instead of tightening up after the first year everyone took huge checks. The deal will be for $1+ with the management to take a hike. That’s why he doesn’t feel the offers are good. No one wants this guy and he can’t accept it.
