How long is anyone's guess. Management and insiders used to brag about reassembly being a simple 4- to 6-week process. But they've stopped talking about that.

They've also not targeted a completion date, which is unusual. But the recent SEC filing spoke weasellishly of completion this quarter. I'll be surprised if that happens.

Until there is revenue, reets will continue to be diluted. That's the way it is. As long as no huge unexpected expenses pop up, the piggy bank should not be depleted for at least a couple of years. If a reverse split ever becomes necessary, the writing on the wall should be clear well in advance.
