Anythings possible. If what your suggesting could occur, that leaves us with 2 items standing in the way of financing. The first is relatively certain that we need the Normin analysis (due out August) before we can get financed and the 2nd, IMO, is a maybe that we have to wait for the Senate report (due out August or September) because the Fed Govt "might" finance part of the mine through either an off take, loan guarantee or grant. At this juncture, I dont mind if the fed govt steps up, I just want to see something happen by the end of September, preferably.
