HEAR, expect to see more form 4s this week
Especially interested to see if SG VTB LLC sells another million or more as they sold 1.2M shares in May around $16. They have 3.6M shares left, and I believe it was them selling today, and maybe tomorrow as well. If I had to guess though, the stock bottoms out in the $25 area, we'll see. Thing is, while exciting that the company is doing so well, it's unreal that the CEO and CFO together only own a total of 80K shares outright. I know all about the options they get, but by them not buying any shares, it's like they're giving a message that it's not worth the risk to buy here in the upper $20s.
