That is great news on the dilution front. Unfortunately I know we won't be able to say the same come 3Q.

Why can't the company tell us what they are doing as far as redesigning the PEMF assets? What was so bad with them that they needed to take us from clinical stage ready (Theracap concussion study was ready to go on Clinical Trials) to a timeout and redirect?

I was looking at the Theracap patent this past weekend. I was noticing the control unit took AA batteries. I am suspecting they are redesigning the batteries to be enclosed like the Sofpulse. Create the need for repurchasing the entire unit instead of simple battery change?
Oooops...hope I didn't just give them another idea and create further delay.
