Yes. Objectivity, Speculation, Crystal Ball Theories, they all bend along the same arc. However, we can conclude facts based on evidence. The evidence thus far shows spit is here to stay. Now getting to a Crystal Ball Theory, I'd bet Draeger has a multi-year government deal ready to go into effect. The money (80+ Million) for DUID is already budgeted and spent. Changes at this point is like trying to turn a Battlehip on a dime while getting fired upon. It's just not happening.
