One thing from the balance sheet cash and receivables it does look like they have 9-12 months to just continue at this level.
However, with the exception of Danaher, all the other companies they are contracted with are not public companies.
That raises my previously stated “ best possible outcome”. A reverse merger to bring an unlisted partner, public.

Or just sell out to Danaher, Dow etc.
