Yes they are... but so is DD. This is a classic example of taking advantage of someone with little knowledge of the market and I hate to say, naive but it is true. Whoever trusts a stranger over the phone to count on an investment tip shouldn’t be left out of their own blame. I feel for that woman, but.... this is not the best example of what goes on round’ three parts.
