Why did Delta International Oil and Gas (now CannaWake Corporation) file for an application of withdrawal eight months before even purchasing Nipton, and only two weeks after American Green purchased Nipton back in September 2017?

This has all been planned from the start. American Green never intended to turn Nipton into a pot mecca, it's all a ruse to scam investors, just like they did when they were SunnComm "partnering" with Quiet Tiger.
