Let's just see what the judge says, a hearing date was set up for Terry/Tempus today in Virginia. The judge will have no choice but to default Tempus (for not having an attorney, an individual can't represent a company), Terry, and Jack, if not it will unfairly prejudice the other side.

I'm sure a creditor's exam after the default will show the money trail.
