Thanks RR, is there a timeframe that the 3 arbitration judges must act within or can they take as long as they require?

I would think there would be some kind of regulation which would give them some kind of fixed timeframe to make a decision?

Otherwise, they could take an indefinite time and some cases where no consensus could be found could in theory last forever.


Also, what if two of the judges have gotten to where they are in agreement but the third judge still has a different viewpoint? Does it just take a simple majority?


Also, I may have gotten this impression incorrectly but I had the viewpoint that 1 judge kind of represented the interests of Kenya while a second represented PWCRF and the third was impartial and worked with the other 2 judges to try to find a happy middle ground?
