L.A. has legalized street cart vending. Yes, taco carts and roasted corn carts and colorful pinata carts are legal in Los Angeles.

There's a five year license but it's essentially a registration. No state sanitation guys grading you, no employees to manage and pay, no rent and overhead and they can park the carts reasonably close to paying restaurant. Now you don't have to travel to Mexico to go to visit Mexico.

I was going to say you couldn't pay me to live in L.A but there are a couple of nice areas that are attractive. I'm easy.
