Bottom line is this stock is a mess, with no near future of profits as it goes further into debt, bad ceo, bad former and current people involved, and jeez, paying 20,000 for 2 years on a vacant lot??? WTF is what all should be asking here. That tells me that dp or wife is somehow profiting on those worthless payments.
