Private placement shares will be sold @ .045 per based upon dividing $3,600,000 by 80 million shares.
I would assume the price per share to may be higher by the time they get approval and execute the private placement to qualified buyers.

Food for thought

My gut tells me we will be seeing meaty news that will attract eyeballs and wallets.
No one is going to pay .045 per share if they can buy it on the open market for less.

We will be moving up soon IMO
