One thing the appeals court made clear was that the way the chips actually function is what the case is all about. Since the accused chips function much differently than the 336 patent they do not infringe. The lady judge warned your lawyers not to even try to argue that if you take off the PLL the chips infringe. That is exactly what your lawyers are trying to do now. It will not work. At any rate on simple procedural grounds the district court judges summary judgement will be upheld and this patent troll will be kicked to the curb. Way too many courts time has been wasted with this garbage. In my opinion.
