Please enlighten us. I see a company that has a great share structure, $40M financed over 2 years that isnt nearly as toxic as in years past, expanded growing area which will provide a huge increase in revenues, the BOD cannot sell any shares for 1 year, the BOD has been buying shares, just got 25% of a grow operation basically at no out of pocket expense and NJ application process if successful will be worth multimillions in revenue if approved.

Yes they have to borrow money to expand...most companies do. So again, please educate us. Also, if you mention anything before the reverse split it nullifies your argument. Please try to keep it about the issues today or the direction they are headed in.
