I see at the bottom of the 10-Q that Sean Guerrero signed it on August 8th. It could be that filling out this 10-Q has been eating up some of his time, which might be one reason news seems to have been coming out so slow lately. I don't see anything in the 10-Q that worries me much. Just typical struggles of a new company borrowing money and selling shares to get going. Looks like they put all of the old GMUI issues to bed a long time ago.
