BCEI

To get my $9 EPS, I used $60 realized oil before derivatives was $63 this quarter, use $17 on NGL and $2 on nat gas.

I also Use 7.5% Production Taxes (Mid point of q3)
$1.35 Midstream BOE (Mid point of q3)
$4.60 LOE (Mid point of q3)
I used 9 Million in cash SGA, keep in mind right now averaging 8 million or so.

I came in with a little over $9. Remember I don't think analyst changed their numbers yet, I wouldn't be surprised to see both fy 18 and fy 19 numbers come down to reflect the new production numbers. I'm not sure I'm buying their accretive by selling that production what I will say is it wasn't that profitable, and probably it is better not to have a split focus, and focus all your energy on the rockies where the real growth is in my opinion. I still wonder and wouldn't be surprised if they take that 117 million and reinvest some or all of that in the rocky mountains region. I think BCEI is very attractive here. Hope this helps. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.

---All above is just my humble opinion.
And I could always be wrong.
And as always do your own DD.---
