I just wanted to share with the board that last Wednesday I was able to get in touch with Mr. Richards. He informed me that the deal was still progressing and alive. The audit has still not been completed and he didn't have an exact timeline on when it would be completed. He indicated that people from his team were working with Malone Bailey to help speed it along. I could sense some frustration on his part that the audit wasn't completed but it is out of his hands. Also, he did indicate that once they received the completed audit the process will move very quickly. All of the filing are teed up and they will become current and file the 10k. Lastly, he also mentioned some financing issues. I am guessing that the heavy volume selling we saw three weeks ago was probably related.
