FIRST LIBERTY POWER RESTRUCTURING OPERATION UPDATE

First Liberty Power Corporation (FLPC) continues to work with our new auditors in the lawful and required filings of the 2013 (re-audited) and 2014 SEC Form 10-K annual reports.

While The Company anticipated completion of both filings by this time, the thorough review of all required data in accordance with various governing organizations and the funding to finance such reviews has extended the expected timeline.

As the filings are completed and submitted FLPC Officials will release that information, along with a proposed timeline of action to follow.
FLPC Management will continue to post updates to this website when appropriate and as progress continues.
