You make an excellent point. SVTE does not hold a lot of assets because they are a service. The only reasons to buy delta would be if they were profitable and could bring their portfolio of recurring customers in to the buying company. Also, delta stag has ability to raise capital since it is publicly traded. However I am realistic and know a good company would just do the service themselves and not inherit SVTE debt. The only other option we have is to find another ceo of a shell or holding company that SVTE can merge into. We need new management. Cashman won’t leave though.
