Quad Video Halo Inc, a subsidiary of Spine Injury Solutions Inc. announces signing of a new subscription agreement with multi-office healthcare provider

GlobeNewswire•August 13, 2018
HOUSTON, Aug. 13, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Spine Injury Solutions, Inc. (SPIN) announced today its subsidiary, Quad Video HALO Inc. (QVH), has reached an agreement with an injury relief treatment center for a multi-city implementation of the Quad Video HALO system.

QVH had introduced a new pricing model for non-SPIN Affiliated clinics in the second quarter of this year with a fee structure predominately based on the client’s monthly patient volume. The reception of the new pricing model saw immediate positive response from the pain management community as indicated by the recent multi-city agreement.

The new price model provides a comprehensive QVH-managed solution of hardware, software and HIPAA-compliant data management and support services for a “per-click” and monthly fee. The integration of the QVH system with support services and HIPAA-compliant video data management also enables clinical operations to have the benefit of the QVH system for videoing procedures without needing video technology resources in-house.

This business model of offering hardware, software and services for a monthly fee eliminates capital expenditures (and upfront cash outlay) for the client and allows for a monthly operating expense consistent with their monthly patient volume. Examples of this business model’s success and popularity of a Hardware-as-a-Service (HaaS), combined with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) in other industries, such as, home security, the transportation industry and technology for the business sector.

Dr. William Donovan, CEO of Spine Injury Solutions Inc. said “ Dan Rogas, who has been consulting with us for the last three months, and David Spencer, QVH President, were instrumental in creating this business format where QVH can be valuable to areas of medical practices other than personal injury. Non-SPIN affiliated doctors that operate in the personal injury arena can now also benefit from the Quad Video HALO system in their practice with this new pricing model.”
