R/s is not coming because:

A. They negotiated a deal to not sell for less than 0.004 which would be pointless with r/s.

B. The price is too low to do r/s

C. They stated that r/s is not coming.

D. They are coming up with creative ways to fix the problem as stated in the last shareholder update. If they would do r/s, they wouldn’t bother with all the creative manoeuvring.
