.......haynes pathetic re-hearing request should get DENIED...TODAY.....only questions of APPLIED LAWS are able to be questioned and/or appealed.......serious matters............not calculations of which TAA entity gets apportioned income tax refunds.........THE TAA WAS SILENT ON INCOME TAX REFUNDS...........THAT'S WHAT CAUSED THE PROBLEM......

............................I'll bet the FDIC would like to grab haynes and BHA..................just like we would...............
