Angelo, if the result of the would be AGAINST the R/S we are going straight to a delisting because the idiot of Odidi wouldnt' be able to deliver anything substantial to move the price over 1$.

The only way to avoid delisting is if he would be forced to make a new offering and he will loose the company; at that point the change od control could in a matter of weeks start the turnaround.

Anyway, we have to admit that this management deserve no more than OTC-pink sheet....more likely deserve no possibility to run a company
