Just my hopeful prediction...but...strong buying mon., tues. Followed by exceptional financials released tues. Just before or after close, which in turn causes a buying frenzy because this is looking to hit .10 short term, .15 midterm. So through a rise that will fluctuate moment to moment as traders will trade, but by EOW closing above .08.

That would be this week...IMO.
