Short term catalysts

1. Elimination of current debt and any future financing done with a partner investment bank.

2. The 495 acquisition.

With 495 coming in (others as well) that puts the annual revs up near the $30 M mark and EBITDA at around $4 M.

Using conservative OTC valuations, that should give a market cap of around $30 M which puts the share price over 20 cents.
