ANOTHER MAJOR CONFIRMATION CAME RECENTLY ...THE SEC EDGAR DATABASE NOW LISTS WHAT WAS (PAST TENSE) the old stock/company name which as "Firefish" as now being GIFA, Inc the new company that's being rolled into the shell.....JUST WAITING ON FINRA NAME CHANGE/SYMBOL APPROVAL NOW AND THIS MIGHT BE THE BIGGEST REVERSE MERGER IN YEARS...



A 50% SINGLE DAY RUN and it's now BASING NICELY...just accumulating more in this new basing range of 7 CENTS PLUS....the chart is a thing of beauty....

ONE SEC filing and it goes 50% EACH TIME that SEC FILING IS RELEASED and when the FINRA NAME/SYMBOL CHANGE HITS....this will have 100% or more GAINER DAYS and the volume will trade probably the entire float in a few days if not a single day....and from there....KISS THE PAST GOODBYE as it's gonna be a whole new ballgame....a COMPANY WITH A $12 MILLION EURO STATE OF THE ART HEADQUARTERS that per more recent Facebook posts DOES EVERYTHING TO THE "STATE OF THE ART".....

The latest Facebook posts by 100% INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS IN THE TRNC showed the following:

1) That GIFA when they finished the building even put in a guard booth and gates to enter and exit the property- like many very high tech firms do here in the U.S. and I'll post that photo later...

2) That GIFA is running a CENTRAL SERVER which 99% of the OTC vaporware specials DO NOT DO (LOL) most OTC sh%^T is lucky if you have a few people on a few used laptop computers as "the company". GIFA has stated they have around THREE HUNDRED EMPLOYEES at this point in time- 100% consistent with a company that would then run DESKTOP CLIENTS and have an actual IT manager running the main computer system of a CENTRAL SERVER in a computer room for control, security and ability to do mass updates to over 300 computer at one time and also for nightly back-ups etc. The company that put the UPS (clean power, emergency power conditioners) put them in for GIFA they posted photos of the GIFA server room area and the UPS systems....and it's decent sized...like 10 KW power system with a modern SERVER RACK sitting next to them...they run a REAL, CENTRAL COMPUTER SYSTEM as a company....THAT is what freaking large size companies do....NOT little 5 or 10 "employee" OTC-ville smoke -n-mirrors specials....it's a $1/4 MILLION EASY to install a decent server system and cable it throughout the entire building and then hire an IT specialist to run and manage it and all....

3) They then had another contractor post recently the BUILDING CENTRAL A/C Bosche VARIABLE REFRIGERANT FLOW array (VRF system) they installed FOR GIFA on their new building. THAT is "state of the art" in how to do a large building CENTRAL A/C system and VERY ENERGY EFFICIENT...it's again considered "STATE OF THE ART" versus roof-top "standard" old school way of just putting big old air handler on the roof....VRF is a distributed system and lets various parts of the building interior be temp or heat controlled with much greater efficiency and LOWER ENERGY COSTS...Kisa seems like a hell of a SMART DUDE and spared no expense in building that state of the art headquarter...which AT A GLANCE...being 4 stories..is at least 40 THOUSAND SQ-FT at least IMO...just knowing other commercial real estate I've worked in and doing a "visual guess" on that building's external size and footprint...

4) And then an alarm/security system contractor posted their INSTALL OF A FULL BUILDING security and alarm and fire monitoring system FOR GIFA on the NEW GIFA BUILDINGS and posted it also to Facebook....

SO..it's either the most elaborate HOAX THAT EVEN THE CIA COULD NOT PULL OFF or GIFA is a hell of a decent sized company that just plunked down a LOT OF CASH TO BUILD A WORLD CLASS HEADQUARTERS..

Look at the GIFA new headquarters interior photos...it's freaking MARBLE and fine construction and high-end furniture...and the lobby is paneled like by top shelf finish carpenters....WORLD CLASS written all over it....AND CASH MONEY...like what OTC vapor-ware POS ever builds their own building...instead of leasing some roll-up door "warehouse" or running from some dudes garage or the local strip-mall rent a space LOL....FOUR STORIES BUILT TO EVERY MODERN BUILDING STANDARDS...as good as would be found in a MODERN, NEWLY BUILD VEGAS HOTEL or similar U.S. building in a warm/hot climate.....tells me ALL I NEED TO KNOW....

FILINGS ARE COMING....we know that....and FINRA IS "IN PROCESS" per numerous cross-checked sources...and a 10-K JUST HIT FRIDAY...AUDITED which makes it about a $50K MINIMUM document typically...SO TELL ME...GIFA JUST SHELLED OUT $50K FOR A AUDITED 10-K TO RUN A "SCAM" as the many here are "trying" (it ain't working) trying to claim...LOL...REALLY....why pay for ANY SEC FILING let alone a AUDITED ONE if GIFA just wanted to run a "scam" ....

$12 MILLION EURO new headquarter...bought a former Nissan dealership ONE STORY BUILDING for $2.9 MILLION EURO (was advertised on many prominent commercial real estates sites for sale) and then in a matter of approx 4 SHORT MONTHS converted it to a FOUR STORY WORLD CLASS, STATE OF THE ART building world headquarters...completed END OF 2017/early 2018...WHAT POS OTC vapor-ware special company CAN DO THAT.....LOL....most OTC sh%t rent little strip mall "suites" or operate from a damn garage or even a "mail drop" address....LOL....THESE GUYS BUILT A FREAKING HEADQUARTERS...that's gotta be approx 40 THOUSAND SQ-FT of commercial building right there....AND IT'S TOP SHELF...same construction methods one would find on any modern Vega Hotel or similar......

Saved that high priced sign from the building they bought for around $2.9 MILLION EURO which was a single story "former Nissan dealership" before GIFA bought it and renovated it to a 4 story STATE OF THE ART WORLD HEADQUARTERS....

Looks like they're gonna use that sign to display messages and like they've added flag poles to the top- to fly the flags they show in all the interior photos...yepper....FIRST CLASS...STATE OF THE ART....oh...oh....BUT WAIT...it's ALL A "SCAM" and "PHOTO-SHOPPED" according to some BULLSHIT "sources" here LOL...right on...the damn CIA couldn't pull this one off.....
