There are buyers sitting on the bid waiting to pick up shares. Dropping the price of either stock is as simple as selling to the bid. Look at the volume of both stocks. DLTZ has recently had days with no trades at all. ERBB volume is typically very low when shares don’t go to the bid. Monday PR volume was high at around 190 million. Tuesday the volume dropped to 50 million. Wednesday very few shares went to the bid and volume was 30 million. Thursday with only buy volume most of the day the volume was 17 million. A simple sell to the bid drops the price at the close.

Dropping the price when no one is selling is quite easy. You sell some shares at a price that people are actually willing to pay.
