So the current 7.3 billion O/S becomes 2.9 million. The 1-for-2,500 R/S will lift the pps from .0001 to .25. Then the new Scam Squad will instantly set about to carpet bomb the stock back down to .0001 thereby wiping out current shareholders. Once that happens they have a new 1 billion A/S (less the 2.9 million) to defraud others.

Hopefully FINRA will look deep into the long scammy history of this toxic ticker and the crooks involved in it. Merely filing a few reports and getting a lawyer to rubber stamp an opinion letter doesn't do away with all the skeletons buried here.
