For second time I asked a friend (ex-coworker) from Phil. to find out the best he can what they say or think about our stock FECOF in NY and or for PXP in Phil. The answer was the same as 4-5 weeks ago, tell your friend to buy as much as he can . The two people he called in Phil. are his relatives and they are involving with stocks. (but he don't) and the stock will start to move in a week or two. I believe they must know something better over there after all we can see the PXP hit the 16 again. I hope and I wish to be as he said.
