Do you think that biologics are getting the balance of the psoriasis market that Prurisol does not capture assuming P has a 50%PASI+ result in P2b?

If your answer is yes, why would you expect a doctor to prescribe biologic as the first treatment choice instead of P when the biologic could result in terrible side effects?

I think most doctors would go with P first as the safest and nearly as effective choice and if it fails, then go to the biologic. Why put oneself in the position of a possible lawsuit since you know anyone getting the bad side effects would try and stick it to the doctor.
