Potential Funders Beware

What's really funny is the claim of you now need like $20,000. Funny, because all I needed was $2,000, two email addresses, a certified letter, a dozen phone conversations, and one quick two day visit to initiate a settlement discussion. You might want to start working on an accounting of where you pissed all the money you raised.

Megas has screwed everyone and I will never forget his statement:

he will be the last man standing!

Huxley could/should have simply put a halt to further work until they were paid for services rendered. So I now question their 5 million 205 shares in BCIT motivation

Some personal E's. Lets listen in:

Thank you for the email, I wanted to speak to you personally rather than do this by email, but only got your voice mail.

This situation is not of our making and was totally avoidable and should not have come as any shock to you or anyone else in the know.

Tom and you have been aware of this funding crisis for months yet neither of you have done anything about it.

We have been promised funds since July when I Tom that needed £xxK.
Please note that is GBP not USD yet all we have had is empty promises and that Canada would be live in 21 days.
We got $xxK at Christmas which we said would only be a temporary fix.

Two weeks ago you told me you had $xxk which was coming to us and yet it went to Canada - AGAIN
CH were engaged to deal with BCIT not Canada.
Your shares are in BCIT not Canada.

We should really have downed tools months ago. but we did not out of respect to you and because of the skin you have in the game.

This does not mean to say that we are pulling out but it does mean that things are going to be done differently.
We need a lump sum in the bank by the end of this week and then a $xK payment to us every month after that until we are done at which point our bill will be settled in full.

The people who matter are the ones who are going to court and they are the ones we will concentrate on, because that is where the victory lies.

As far as we are concerned we are here to win but you will need to work out with Tom and xx how you are going to pay us the $xK per month.

Catch you when I am feeling better

I want to bring you up to speed with what is or is not happening following Tom’s failure to pay us - again and his disappearing trick, it’s like working with the invisible man sometimes.
You will have gathered that we are none too happy with TM, and Xxxx to a degree although I have been able to speak to Xxxx and we are on side again.
about $x,xxx.
Tom never made any secret that BCIT did not have any working capital but did leave us to believe that we could expect some regular meaningful payments.

In between times I have dug him out of the shit with people several times.

In July 2012 we told Tom that we needed £xxK and he said we would have it in 21 days - which is when Canada would be live but the money and Canada never arrived.
We have only had one further payment of $xx,xxx which was in December 2012.
Two weeks ago Tom told me in London that
xxxx was sending $xxK and that another $xxK would be sent to us as soon as he had the money.
He claims he spent it on Canada and that Canada will be up and running in 21 days and that he made a mistake.
It is always 21 days away.
Our bill stands at just over $xxx, xxx and in part payment/security Tom agreed two weeks ago to give us a total of 5 million shares in BCIT.

Since this latest crisis Tom has ignored all efforts by us to contact him.
Yesterday we had an approach by a broker wishing to buy shares to settle a pending court case.
Tom said he was putting in place a procedure to deal with this scenario although he did not say what.
Tom failed to respond to our efforts to contact him in the end I contacted Xxxx and arranged for the transaction to go though him.

Bill,

I'm aware of all that stuff (except between you and Xxxx)
Other things:

When you sent the request for a share settlement to me I sent it to Tom, we talked, agreed it would be good for all. The cert issue process had started,

I want you to send out one of your updates stating CH has taken a position in BCIT because you are convinced of it's potential (don't need to say how many or how much). This will help settle things down.

Onward n Upward!

Best,

XX

Thanks for your email, and overall I agree with what you say and I think that although this has been a bad week for everyone in the end it will all be for the good and will be positive.

CH should have insisted on some kind of monthly payment and BCIT should not have ignored our requests for funds.

For the record I am not sure you can legally sell from Treasury as it could amount to making a market.

We will send out a communication to say that contary to what some miscreants are saying BCIT there is no rift between BCIT and CH, we have done the investigation and are at a point where BCIT can take it from here and we can concentrate on the court cases with the shareholders. BCIT for their part have given the company shares in BCIT which CH will accept.
