Then again ERHC does have certain assets that SEO could use as leverage to attract a partner !

Also if SEO does a deal to advance the company they of course it would benefit themselves as shareholders . All of which is beneficial to all shareholders. Can't have one without the other. Unless of course its a straight up sale of the assets and then they might be in a position to squander the cash if it wasn't for the debt holders coming after them !

So some kind of partnership is more likely than a straight up sale !
