Ha! Too funny! You must be a lawyer or something. It’s not worth the time to parse words. You’re obviously full time at this posting gig.

But again, it’s pretty simple. They did announce an application request for BTD. Albeit, maybe not formally but it’s implied in their milestone. What’s in question is the date. And would it have been nice to know when they submitted the request? Sure would have been great, but they are not required to do so. Nor do they need to inform us where every dollar is spent. Read the 10-q’s for that. They haven’t been perfect in their execution on all fronts but they have continued to build a pipeline of drugs and successful trials while keeping costs down. Hopefully this will transform into helping patients in need and reward the shareholders.

It’s really simple, people that lose faith or are unhappy, hit the sell button.
