Great idea but why pay rent for over two years on a vacant building owned by insiders versus buying ? 24,000 a month in rent could have been a mortgage payment adding value to a real asset iMHO"

Why doesn't TRTC use a portion of their 50 million authorized "B" shares to purchase assets and restrict the sale of said shares for a certain time period.

In two previous deals TRTC offers cash in lieu of stock....... why?

Here is what an alternative company is doing with a similar sized cultivation site .
