......hard to predict.....I have some communication with the court that states that the mandate WILL BE ISSUED 8/13/18...........

......the haynes filing is TROUBLESOME.........and peculiar, imo.........he might have stirred up some complicated crap..........or he simply put drivel on a filing simply to fill out the re-hearing request.........

...............MANDATE MONDAY.............I say no...........I believe nothing will happen and in about 3 weeks we will get a formal response on hayne's re-hearing request.....................and the order might be to send the case back to the BK CT which would then have to itemize to the dollar.............each entity's paid in, refund, on each tax return..........

.....COULD TAKE TWO YEARS TO COMPLETE THIS.............and would only result in a few dollars going to another turd in the TAA..........
