Here is today's speculation:

I have seen that a bunch of biotech are in the same predicament as ADXS. Almost no one will buy any stock in them and that is because (my speculation) the manipulators want first dibs at great news. They get to buy stock first, then in a short time, everyone else will re-purchase.

So we continue to wait for great news.
