And there's bound to be mouth-to-mouth of millions of Wordpress users (and other sources) that gain experience in Classidocs and passes that info to others in the industry. That's just called human nature.
That's also how global industries are built...having millions of users that are familiar with your products. (BTW, it took Microsoft much longer for this to happen...mainly because distribution/communication channels have improved in efficiency).
