Officers and owners surrender shares all the time. We can go through plenty of sec share surrender agreements on the websites. I can also lead you to the articles and links.

More than likely RSHN will surrender shares and and cancel the shares per the transfer agent. The outstanding shares will be significantly reduced. We should be hearing news of this in the next few weeks or months.
