Where do you get 500 mil? If you take last 10q plus the amount in the 7/27 dilution filing you are already over 500 mil.

The second thing that bothers me is that the May 10q says there are only 200mil authorized shares. They never filed anything about a restructure so they already screwed shareholders without notice here. Am I wrong?

And we should have a definitive os number on 8/15 when new 10q comes out and if you are right in that it is closer to 500mil rather than my speculation that it is 800 to 900 mil, send me your address and I’ll buy you a coke for my error.
