Update for Everyone

Bulletpoints with discussion afterwards:

1- WSTI Press release could possibly be out Monday, if not maybe a few days. Dan was focusing on some pretty important stuff (which ill mention below). The securities attorney is working on checking it and they both were traveling a bit. If you follow my stuff on twitter you will see I really like this attorney. She is tops in her game and will no doubt make sure things are good for Dan to put out. I am very excited about getting the ball rolling here. I do not know what is to be said but do not over hype this, let it happens as it happens knowing more stuff will follow it over time.

2-The Conference in Jamaica went well. It looks like some formal recognition of being part of the accelerator stuff should come in a few weeks. As stated before Dans's work with Haiti was something that impressed people so I bet we start there. Also one of my shareholder friends asked me to ask Dan if the relationship with JPS helped here and yes is the answer as a lot of stuff is developing from all of Dan's prior contacts from doing work all over .

3- Related to the this area Dan re-connected with other contacts with projects in the Caribbean, bottom line even more pipeline of jobs with funding behind them. I am sure as time goes on we will see more info on this.

4- Dan has pretty much secured a bit of short term needs funding which should come in in a few days(so that is huge if you remember my prior posts). After that a longer larger investor might close soon, where the word is its pretty much a done deal all signs are positive timeline a few weeks to a month maybe at most.

So far, this is all very good. Boxes are getting checked here. Press release , short term money, longer term money etc etc..

So that is the big stuff and most important stuff.

Basically it looks like all is on track. We discussed some other stuff generally like it being possible the companies are combined down the road (Impact/WSTI etc) which many of us talked about etc. Also I went over my thoughts on the WorldWater meeting I have coming up and might hook those two CEOs up on the phone Tuesday if the opportunity presents itself or soon afterwards.

It looks like everything is on track. The only way people can help at this point is if anyone had people interested in the ImpactPPA token deal , especially while bonuses are still available (while that lasts) and in my case hooking him up with the WWS people and their contacts and see if there is interest there and in working together in other ways.

As a result of where we are here I think we should start to see things change shortly. First with a press release , then with other news for Impact and the track that lies ahead being revealed over time for WSTI.

With things being on course.. I am going to try to cut back my time here as on a personal level I am up and down like a yoyo like many of you and want to just have confidence in the initial decision I made a few years ago to be involved here. I cannot really keep up with all the messages, calls etc. Hopefully the coming months will be more like when this first started moving when everyone was excited and posting away good things rather than the endless questions about the same stuff over and over.

I am not going anywhere just didnt want people to panic if there were no posts in "the last 3 hours" LOL . Ill just try to limit things to messages here etc..

I did send Dan a popup cooler bar thing that should arrive Monday for good luck and as a thank you for working hard trying to make things happen. Right now I am going to focus solely in the WWS group and anyone that might be interested in the Impact deal to help things along.
