omg - no one that has a central plant, chiller plant, or boiler plant is going to give them the time of day. and that is where the money is. zngy is stuck with a couple roof top units that no one else wants. at least it gives zngy a front for selling shares. lets see if they can spend close to 700k to make a gross of 93k. they are really good at acquiring and dumping toxic debt though. zngy :)
