I got word from a victim of the Treaty scam that Treaty's promoter Frank Itak, who was paid in shares to pump TECO as proven by documents the SEC obtained along with testimony from Mike Mulshine and Chris Tesarski that was made public in court documents, still is lying to cover up his participation in promotion of, and the fact that Treaty was a scam.
