I'll try to decode the portion(s) I might understand in you post.
The issue of Breathtec not having a device for the world to see, and more importantly it's shareholders, is the exact same issue with Cannabix. Same tech x1. You do know that right? So the company folding on that basis alone makes no sense to me. You state there is no money. Are you referring to Breathtec of Nash Pharmacueticals? The money has yet to become an issue @ Breathtec based on what we currently know. Management claims we shall get an update on the FAIM POC breathalyzer. When...who knows? Thier timelines are in dog years. If there is still no clear vision to monetize while we're still young, then I can see red @ Breathtec as far as the eyes can see/sea. As far as rolling up the company into something else, well that's exactly what I have been on a tear about since management announced a Boneheaded Letter of Intent. It's simply a takeover of Breathtec poorly disguised as an acquisition. There is zero clarity of what Nash Pharmacueticals has ever done as a business. Even still, they do not come anywhere close to being worth handing over more than half of Breathtec to pursue some drug treatments that Real BIG Pharma is already in hot pursuit. Nash Pharmacueticals is a guppie in a sea of Killer Whales. Google the Nash disease angle and all the big names start popping up. Nash Pharmacueticals wants us to finance a pipe dream and milk us to no end based on longshot million dollar trials one after the other. P.S. the doc Shell posted yesterday gets more interesting when you look at the timing of it. All this stuff is swirling around Bullrun Capital as it now appears to relate to Breathtec. Bullrun has likely been shopping for a company to raid for their next pet project being Nash Pharmacueticals/Family & Friends Plan. One deal fell through and Breathtec is now in the Bullseye. We cannot allow this nonsense to prevail. Yo Kal/Alfred/Raj/Chris - find another victim to suck the life blood out of!
