Tricky part is 1st patent expires Sept 2018.

Prior to expiration, the company can file for an extension of the patent. I cant imagine they havent taken care of that. You would not just let it expire and let "next in line" now have a crack at it. Makes no sense.

To ME...this all comes down to getting second patent approved. Other variables as well, but this being the real viable asset to contain moving forward.
